Playsaurus Inc. ("Playsaurus", "we", "us", or "our"), headquartered in Mission Viejo, California, is dedicated to providing immersive gaming experiences. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our players. This Privacy Policy applies to all our games, websites, and related services, collectively referred to as the "Services."

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for several key purposes:

• Game Services: To create and manage your Playsaurus account, provide game functionality, and respond to service requests.
• Personalization and Improvement: To personalize your gaming experience, including tailoring in-game content, recommendations, and offers to your device and preferences, and to improve our Services.
• Marketing and Communication: To send updates, offers, and promotional materials, subject to your opt-out preferences.
• Loyalty Rewards Program: To operate our optional loyalty rewards program (where offered), including awarding and tracking points, fulfilling redeemed rewards, verifying eligibility and identity, preventing fraud and abuse, complying with applicable law, and, where you have not opted out, sending occasional postal mail to U.S. participants (about Playsaurus games, products, and offers) using the shipping address you provide for reward fulfillment.
• Analytics and Research: To analyze trends, usage, and player behavior for game development and marketing.
• Legal Compliance and Security: To comply with legal obligations and ensure the security of our Services.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from users under 16. Age verification is required for account creation. If we discover data collection from a child under 16, we will promptly delete that information. Under our optional loyalty rewards program, redemption of points is restricted to users who are at least 16 years of age, and redemption of physical merchandise rewards is further restricted to users who are at least 18 years of age.

User Rights and Control

Advertising Practices

We may engage in advertising about our games and services through:

• First-party marketing: Promotional messages and offers we send to you directly using contact information you have provided (such as email or postal mail), subject to your opt-out preferences.
• In-game advertising: Advertisements served within our games, which may use device-level advertising identifiers and similar information. Where a particular game offers in-game controls for advertising preferences (including opt-in or opt-out controls for targeted or interest-based advertising), you can use those controls to adjust your experience for that game.
• Third-party advertising technologies: From time to time, we may deploy advertising technologies provided by third parties (such as pixels, software development kits, audience-matching services, or analytics tools operated by platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Reddit, or similar advertising networks). When such technologies are active on our Services, they may collect information including device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, hashed contact information, and interaction events, and share that information with the operating platform for purposes including measurement of advertising performance, audience generation, retargeting, lookalike modeling, and similar advertising functions.

Disclosures of personal information to third-party advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising are treated as "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Disclosures of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration are treated as "sale." Where we engage in any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, you have the right to opt out as described below. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Your Advertising Choices

• Global Privacy Control (GPC): We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Opt-Out Requests: To exercise any opt-out right under applicable law, including any "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" right, contact us at privacy@playsaurus.com, or use any opt-out link, form, or other mechanism we may provide on our website or within our games.
• Device-Level Controls: Mobile operating systems and web browsers offer settings to limit ad tracking and to reset or restrict advertising identifiers. You can adjust those settings on your device.
• In-Game Preferences: Where a particular game offers in-game advertising preferences, you can adjust those preferences within that game.
• Marketing Communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You can opt out of postal marketing (including loyalty-program postal marketing) using the instructions in any mailing or by contacting privacy@playsaurus.com.

Data Storage and International Transfers

Personal information collected by Playsaurus is primarily stored and processed in the United States. We and our service providers may transfer, store, access, or process your personal information in the United States or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using our Services, including by enrolling in our optional loyalty rewards program and providing personal information (such as a shipping address for reward fulfillment), you understand and consent to such transfer and processing.

Your personal information may be subject to the laws of, and government or regulatory access in, jurisdictions in which it is stored, accessed, or processed, which may differ from the laws of your home jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law (including the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and similar laws in other jurisdictions), we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information, such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

For physical reward fulfillment, the name and shipping address you provide may be shared with third-party fulfillment, shipping, customs, and related service providers as necessary to deliver the reward. Those service providers are required by contract to handle your personal information only as necessary to provide their services and consistent with applicable law. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information remains secure and your privacy is protected in connection with any transfer or processing.

Data Retention

Guiding Principles of Data Retention

At Playsaurus, our data retention practices are designed to ensure responsible handling of your personal data, balancing our service commitments with legal and regulatory obligations.

• Duration of Service Relationship: We retain personal data for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you. This includes periods when you actively use our Services and may extend to times when you might need to re-engage with our Services.
• Legal Obligations: Compliance with legal requirements may necessitate retaining certain data for specific periods. For instance, we are obliged to keep transaction records for a defined period as per financial and audit regulations.
• Legal Position and Dispute Resolution: In cases where data is pertinent to legal positions, such as for statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations, we may retain data for periods dictated by these considerations.
• Data Deletion and Anonymization: Post the defined retention periods, or when data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, we commit to either deleting or anonymizing such data.

Loyalty Rewards Program (Notice of Financial Incentive)

Summary

From time to time, Playsaurus may offer a loyalty rewards program (the "Program") under which eligible users earn loyalty points by engaging with our games and other Services and may redeem those points for digital rewards (such as in-game items and Playsaurus-issued digital codes for games on third-party platforms like Steam) and, where offered, physical merchandise. Physical merchandise availability varies by reward and by jurisdiction: some rewards may be available only to participants with U.S. shipping addresses, while others (such as stickers or similar lower-value items) may be available to participants in additional designated jurisdictions. Because the Program is a benefit offered in connection with the collection, retention, and use of personal information, it is treated as a "financial incentive" under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"). This notice describes how the Program works for privacy-law purposes. The legal terms of the Program itself, including eligibility, points expiration, redemption rules, and jurisdiction-specific availability, are set forth in our Terms of Service.

Personal Information Collected in Connection with the Program

In connection with the Program, we collect and use the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers (such as your Playsaurus account ID, username, and email address);
• Gameplay and engagement data (such as the activities you complete that qualify for points);
• Account history (such as your points balance, redemption history, and the rewards you have received);
• For users who redeem physical merchandise rewards: your name and shipping address (for fulfillment to U.S. and other designated jurisdictions, as set forth in our Terms of Service); and
• For users who reach applicable tax reporting thresholds: taxpayer identification information as required by law.

How to Participate, Opt Out, or Withdraw

By using our Services and maintaining a Playsaurus account, you may earn Points through the Program; no separate enrollment is required. Redemption of Points is voluntary, and you may choose not to redeem at any time and continue using our other Services normally. To discontinue your participation in the Program entirely, you may close your Playsaurus account in accordance with the Terms of Service. We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide different quality of service to you solely because you choose not to redeem Points or to participate in the Program.

If you provide your shipping address for a physical merchandise reward, we may also use that address to send you occasional postal mail about Playsaurus games, products, and offers. You can opt out of postal marketing at any time by contacting us at privacy@playsaurus.com, by following the opt-out instructions on any mailing, or by adjusting available preferences in your account settings. Opting out of postal marketing does not affect your continued participation in the Program or your ability to redeem rewards.

Good-Faith Estimate of the Value of Personal Information; Methodology

The CCPA requires us to provide a good-faith estimate of the value of the personal information that supports the Program, together with a description of the method we used to calculate it. Our good-faith estimate of the value of each participating user's personal information to Playsaurus is approximately equal to the average aggregate value of rewards made available to participants in the Program, calculated over the most recent reporting period. We calculate this by taking the total fair-market value of rewards made available through the Program during the period and dividing it by the number of enrolled participants during the same period. This method reflects the value Playsaurus is willing to provide to users in exchange for the engagement and personal information involved in Program participation.

Why the Program Is Reasonably Related to the Value of Your Data

The Program rewards users for engagement with our Services. The personal information involved (account identifiers, engagement data, and, for U.S. participants who redeem physical merchandise, shipping address and, if applicable, taxpayer information) is used to operate the Program, fulfill rewards, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with applicable law, and (subject to your right to opt out) send postal marketing about our own games, products, and offers. Because rewards are funded by Playsaurus and made available only to participating users, we believe the value we provide through the Program is reasonably related to the value of the personal information and engagement of Program participants to our business.

No Cash or Property Value of Points

Nothing in this notice, including the good-faith estimate of the value of personal information described above, assigns or implies any cash, fiat, monetary, or property value to loyalty points themselves. Loyalty points are promotional, are not your personal property, and have no cash value, as described in our Terms of Service. Digital rewards (including in-game items and digital codes redeemed for games on third-party platforms) are licensed to you, not sold, and are subject to the applicable terms of the platform and any end-user license agreement.

Regional-Specific Provisions

• California Residents (CCPA): Additional disclosures and rights for California residents, including the right to access, delete, and opt-out of the sale of personal information. Contact us for CCPA-specific requests.
• European Economic Area (EEA) and UK Users (GDPR): Rights under GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. GDPR-specific requests can be made through the same channels as other user requests.
